An American hip hop artist from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He signed to a record company in Jackson, Mississippi, Prep EMC later became a successful music producer and changed his stage name to Phunk Dawg he later produced, "The Ratchet" by Lil Boosie. Then the Multi-Platinum hit, " A Bay Bay" by Hurricane Chris and one of the pioneers of the "Ratchet Movement" out of Shreveport, Louisiana.
