Earle Hyman

Earle Hyman (born October 11, 1926, Rocky Mount, North Carolina, USA – died November 17, 2017, Englewood, New Jersey, USA) was an American actor. Hyman is known for his role on ThunderCats (1985-1989) as the voice of "Panthro" and various other characters. He also appeared on The Cosby Show (1984-1992) as "Grandpa Huxtable". Hyman took a vacation to Oslo, Norway in 1957, eventually became fluent in Norwegian and owned property in that country.
