Philly’s group pieced together by Steady B’s DJ and Philly’s legendary producer DJ Tat Money (from The Hilltop Hustlers fame), and Kwamé Holland (from Kwamé & A New Beginning), after they founded their own label ½ Fro Records. The group was composed by DJ Tat Money, Nowledge, Jem, and Doze. They put out three releases: The ‘Broadcasting’ cassette - limited to 500 copies at the time and recently reissued on Dope Folks Records,- and the “Funkey-Rye-Men” b/w “Skillz” 12’’ in 1992, and the “Skillz” b/ “Just Made Da Mutha F_ka Up” 12’’ in 1993.
