Album US 1999 on Quodlibet Recordings label
Dance (Glitch, Experimental)
This Ring Steppers recording is the result of re-mixing four original works three times each. The spiral-ring-map can be used to program your CD player to follow a particular artist's work or an original song as it is re-mixed. The numbers correspond to the track order on the CD. The center ring indicates the original piece of music by each composer. The next ring out is mix 1 followed by mix 2 and mix 3. Stepping outward in a clockwise spiral follows one artist to his next mix (David's original + 3 mixes; 10-> 15-> 1-> 7). Stepping directly out from any of the four quadrants follows an original as it is re-mixed each time by a different artist. Note the two bonus tracks by John and Ed.
