Country/rockabilly guitarist, he was also disc jockey (on WSM Nashville, Tenn) in addition to an actor, known for the movies Forty Acre Feud (1965), The Gold Guitar (1966) along with the TV program 'The Early Morning Show' (1954). Recorded the song, Steamboat Stomp, with Hank Garland in the 1950s. Alternate Names: 'Smilin'' Eddie Hill
