This version of the album was sold in stores for less than a week. After the song "Heil Hitler" had been broadcast and immediately sparked wild controversy, pressing stopped and all remaining copies were pulled off storeshelves. A second version of the album was released about a week after the original, replacing the controversial track with "Leader of the Rockers".
