Producer, writer, recording engineer and remixer from Patterson, New Jersey, USA. Now lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His origins decent from Puerto Rico. Eddie Perez first made a name for himself in the house and New Jersey garage scene under Smack Music productions and the moniker Mental-Instrum, where he remixed many artist in the 90´s for many prolific labels like Strictly Rhythm, Shelter Records and many more. In his later career, Eddie has primarily been working as a recording engineer for various recording studios mostly in Latin music and has since snuck a Latin Grammy award and scored platinum with co-composing credits for Justin Bieber - Let Me Love You. As of today, Eddie runs his own studio TruNoyz in Fort Lauderdale.
