Edi grew up in Carinthia/Austria and played in numerous bands all over Europe. He also appeared on a number of TV shows as a musician, singer and stand-up comedian. He came to America in 1989 to join the Stratton Mountain Boys, an Austrian band based out of Stratton, Vermont, and toured with them for three years. In 1992, Edi joined the Oktoberfest Musikanten at the Biergarten at Disney’s EPCOT.
