Argentinian composer (Buenos Aires, 1917 - 1978). Also nicknamed as "Cacho" Zaldívar. Composer mostly known worldwide by his carnavalito style song "El Humanqueño", sometimes credited as "Carnavalito", composed in 1941. This song was titled in USA as "Kiss me another" and in Germany as "Blumenfest in Perú". 1400 covers and translated to 70 languages are credited to this song.
