Track 7 and vocal part of track 9 have been added to the original suite. Track 10 recorded at Town Hall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, February 27, 1968. Tracks 11 and 12 recorded at Town Hall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, October 18, 1967. Tracks 13, 14 and 15 recorded at Town Hall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, March 5 & 6, 1968. Regular jewel case with black tray, 16-page booklet with liner notes in English, German, French, and Italian (originally written in German, the other languages are translations).
