A.k.a. Edward Fowler Meloan

Edward F. Meloan (b. about 1933), local Augusta, Georgia USA late night horror show host that used the name "Count Justin Sane" on a program called Shock Theater in the 1960s and '70s. the program was aired on on WRDW-TV (Channel 12), Augusta, Georgia. He was married to Susan N. Meloan. Meloan was also an engineer and producer in the 1960's and 1970's. Edward F. Meloan was also a chairman of the North Augusta Planning Commission, prior to his arrest and conviction in 2007.
