Eigenstate is the harsh noise project of Devin Stevens, who has been creating experimental music under different names, including Enclave and Valis, for about 11 years. Eigenstate uses both hi-tech and low-tech methods to create songs. Devin Stevens is currently getting an independent noise label up and running for the release of old material and new.
