Musician / Composer / Arranger
A.k.a. Elpidio Ramírez Burgos

Mexican violinist, composer and arranger (born in Jojocapan, Veracruz, 4 March 1882 - died 14 July 1960). Together with Pedro Galindo, he is considered as the co-writer of the song "Malagueña Salerosa", though the validity of that authorship is now questionned, the song being considered as an anonymous song together with several tunes from la Huasteca which were known as huapango songs.
