Electronic Press Kit for "My Flame Burns Blue". DVD is over 26 minutes long and includes many interviews with Elvis Costello as well as full live performances from Elvis Costello with The Metropole Orkest. DVD-R comes in a generic slimline case with a white sticker on the top of the disc that simply states "Elvis Costello My flame burns Blue EPK". The last few seconds of the DVD have what looks to be a VHS pause, so it is possible that the record label initially had this created on VHS and then manufactured DVD-R's to send out.
