Tracks 1-12: The performances were all recorded on a 16-track tape machine, but almost all the intros were missing. We have reconstructed the opening of these performances using the best suitable recordings of these songs. Recorded August 10, 1970 at the afternoon rehearsal. Tracks 13-18: These tracks were recorded through the microphone of a portable cassette recorder, and consequently the sound quality is inferior. Track 13 recorded August 2, 1972 Tracks 14-17 recorded August 3, 1972 Track 18 recorded January 25, 1973 All tracks recorded at stage rehearsals at the International Hotel, Las Vegas (in fall 1971 the name was changed to the Las Vegas Hilton) Tracks 13-18: Thanks to Don Lance.
