Packaged in a jewel case with an illustrated 8-panel folded insert that includes credits, release information, and tracklist. Original recordings made by Empirical Sleeping Consort on May 14 and June 5, 1988. Re-recorded by Incarnate at Caution Point on weekends from June to August 1991.
