World (Overtone Singing)
Uger-Khan, translated to "Milky Way King" is the Tuvan title given to the artist Enrique Ugalde by the Tuvan Minister of Culture, Aldar Tamdyn. Uger-Khan is the project separate from his other performance persona, Soriah created to express the more traditional aspects of Tuvan Throat Singing and Tuvan folk music. All of these songs and techniques were instructed first hand by Masters of the Khoomei craft, the ancient art of Tuvan Throat Singing and traditional Tuvan instrumentation.
