Silver has toured and/or recorded with artists ranging from country stars The Dixie Chicks and Shania Twain, jazz artists David Grisman and Victor Wooten, to pop legends Cyndi Lauper and Donna Summer. Silver has written hits for artists Diamond Rio, Michelle Wright and The Dixie Chicks. These songs have earned him five ASCAP awards and one SOCAN award.
