Eric Arconte (1938, Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe - 2007) was a French composer. From 1965 to 1979 he lived in Iran. He learned Persian and composed music for films and countless songs for many famous Iranian pop singers. After the revolution he returned to France.
