Hand-stamped white label issued in full-color picture sleeve. Limited to 600 copies. The back of the sleeve lists Revolver USA as the distributor. DFA, however, switched their distribution to SC Distribution prior to the release of this EP, but after the sleeves had been printed. Despite what is printed on the sleeve, the release was actually distributed by SC Distribution instead of Revolver USA. The catalog number is not shown on either the sleeve or the record's labels - it can only be found in the matrix etchings. There is likewise no barcode printed on the sleeve itself, though the SC Distribution press release lists a UPC code (829732242713).
