Italian politician, journalist, anti-fascist (Born in 1897, Caserta, died in Rome February 9, 1967). One of the main promoters of the "European Federalism", he wrote L'Europa di Domani and Il Manifesto di Ventotene, the latter is considered his moral testament. Among his many works, the interview to his illustrious teacher Gaetano Salvemini, recorded by Rai and translated in Italian lon the back cover of the 10" Interview in 1941 to NBC.
