Issued in several different colour sleeves: white, green, red and orange variations exist. Issued in a standard sleeve (and NOT stuck to another sleeve, as a previous contributor attested -- that situaiton is particular to his copy). Also, this LP was NOT a limited edition. The "N 20/74" printed on the generic inner sleeve (see photos) is a printing date -- week 20 of 1974. This type of numbering is found on thousands of different albums released in The Netherlands during the early 70s.
