Esham's second and last LP on Psychopathic Records. The only guest appearances were Polar Bear and Marc Live, who each contributed a beat. Many say that this album is reminiscent to Esham's old school sound. Also Dead Boy who was out of jail for a while when this album was recorded, appeared on the album. The album came in slipcase with a DVD, which has the videos to all of the songs with a few exceptions.
