Estella formed in the late 90’s during their Coleg Meirion Dwyfor years when Lauren (lead singer) composed a song as part of her course work – Kaz (her brother and guitar) and Phil (friend and drummer) helped her perform a short set. The response made them think seriously about forming a band and this is when Robbie was recruited as bass player, Asa (Kaz and Lauren’s brother) as another guitarist also Hann ap Ionas and Siaron James as percussion duo and sound engineers. They haven’t looked back!
