Band, 2013-2019 GB, Cardiff
Rock
Alternative pop-rock, bilingual and female fronted. Punchy melodic songs, combined with powerful vocals, loud guitars and busy beats that vary with the drummer’s rum intake. Based in Cardiff, Wales, Estrons means “aliens” in Welsh. The main premise was to gather a band of general misfits and outcasts that never quite belonged to any country or nationality, being of mixed and international ancestry. We drifted towards each other in dodgy Welsh music venues. Core members Taliesyn Källström (vocals) and Rhodri Daniel (guitar) met after a chance encounter in 2012 on a beach in Aberystwyth , however the band are actually a collection of people that come and go, all strangers who have one sole purpose and common denominator - to make great music that says something.
