Tracks 1-4 were recorded and mixed on May 20, 1995 at Data Music Services in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Remixed on January 5, 1998 at Audible Images Recording in Port Matilda, Pennsylvania. Originally released by Ethel Meserve on 200 tapes during their first tour. "Reelies" was later released on "The Eagle Has Landed" compilation by Tranquility Base Records (TBR 04). "Calba's Last" was rerecorded and released on the "(Don't Forget To) Breathe" compilation by Crank! Records (CRC 011). Tracks 5-7 were recorded and mixed on November 7, 1995 at Social Services Recording Studio in Baltimore, Maryland. "Pierman" and "Paladin Taim" were originally released by Tree Records (TREE 04). Track 8 was recorded and mixed on August 20, 1996 at Social Services Recording Studio in Baltimore, Maryland. "Belated Blues" was originally released on the Post Marked Stamps Series by Tree Records (TREE 9 & 9.3). Tracks 9-10 were recorded and mixed on November 18 & 19, 1996 at Social Services Recording Studio in Baltimore, Maryland. "Onward Foster" and "Tamsen" were originally released by Caulfield Records (CR 028).
