"Totico" (His nickname), played (and recorded) with: Max Roach, Pupi Legarreta, Carlos "Patato" Valdez (which released album in 1968 "Patato and Totico"), Kako Bastar and many others. Born: June 2, 1934 in Los Sitios (District of Havana), Cuba. Died: January 21, 2011 in The Bronx, New York, United States.
