He obtained the highest qualification in the higher degree of Guitar in Italy (Conservatory of Frosinone, 1980), Spain (Conservatorio superior de musica of Alicante, 1981) and France (Ecole Nationale de musique of Meudon, 1984). Studies of guitar with Giuliano Balestra, Oscar Ghiglia, Ruggero Chiesa, José Tomàs, José Luis Rodrigo, Betho Davezac. Studies of Composition with Mauro Bortolotti, of Jazz history with Marcello Piras. He won scholarships of Italian Ministery of Culture, Province of Latina (Italy), and Spanish Ministery of Education. Winner in guitar competitions of Stresa (1981) and Mondovì (1982). Professorship of guitar from 1981 in the italian music conservatories of Adria, La Spezia (1985-88), Campobasso (1988-90), Bologna (1990-2001),Frosinone (2001 up today). Masterclasses and courses: Massa, Viterbo, Latina, Bologna, Arpino and Castrocielo (Italy), Lima (Perù), Madras (India), Hondarribia, Valencia and Salamanca (Spain). Solo recitals, ensemble, experience in various ombinations: founder of Duo Becherucci (guitar and piano) Logos Ensemble, Duo Eutonos (guitar and violin)and Duo Becherucci-Tallini (two guitars); concerts in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany, Sweden, England, Greece, Poland, Switzerland, Portugal, Hungary, Rumania, Yugoslavia), Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Perù), near and far east (Turkey, India). From 2007 he plays with the Ensemble Contemporaneo of Accademia Nazionale di S.Cecilia in Rome. Artistic Director of International Guitar Festival in Castrocielo. World premières of several composers, among them: Mauro Bortolotti, Matteo D'Amico, Franco Donatoni, Ivan Fedele, Mario Garuti, Leonardo Gensini, Antonio Iafigliola, Luca Lombardi, Claudio Lugo, Francesco Pennisi, Riccardo Piacentini, Irma Ravinale, Fausto Razzi, Fabrizio de Rossi Re, Salvatore Sciarrino, Daniel Zimbaldo. His works as composer have been performed in notable Italian and European theatres, and broadcasted in several european and american radios. Recordings with several radio and televisions, among them RAI Radio Televisione italiana; Radio Nacional de España; Radio of Belgium; Radio of Switzerland, All India Radio, Radio Miraflores (Lima, Perù).
