Early employee of Vacuum Tube Logic of America, Inc. and later the fifth wife of the company's founder David Manley (married in 1990), Ms. Manley came to "inherit" off-shoot company Manley Laboratories in 1996 as part of the divorce settlements. As of June 10, 1999 she is the President, CEO and sole owner of Manley Laboratories, Inc. when he resigned as President and assigned her his share of the company.
