Album US 1990 on Curb Records label

"Keeping It Country" is in fact an exact re-issue of Exile's 1980 album titled "Don't Leave Me This Way". While Exile did have one big pop hit in the late 1970's ("Kiss You All Over"), it was throughout the 1980's that they enjoyed a more sustained wave of success as a country band within the country music charts. With that one would presume Curb Records decided to rename the 1990 cd release "Keeping It Country" for commercial reasons. Please note that in the item pics i uploaded on this page the disc is an unusual variation that used pink and green coloured text to print on the disc face. Most copies Curb made used only black text.
