Made in the EU. The title of track 2 "Fade Away (Sarah Pt2)" is printed as "Fade Away (Sarah Part II)" in the booklet above the lyrics. Released in a 4-panel clear-tray Digipak with a die-cut slot for the booklet; includes a 12-page booklet with lyrics. Track durations do not appear on the release.
