In a post-apocalyptic metropolis, renegade hitman Synth remains one of few survivors of a government-led cleansing. Hiding from the Bureau of Attacking Sustained Sines (BASS), Synth must fight for both his own life and those of the only other surviving army- the Kinetic Electric Youth Sequence (KEYS)- to gain control of the city.
