Chained + Crazed was recorded at Springvale Studios, Ipswich, December 2014. Nih Nightmare is a G.I.S.M. cover and was recorded at Springvale Studios, Ipswich, 1994. The band's initials and copy number are hand-etched onto the surface of each lathe by Dean Jones. The lathe is packaged in a black card cover with a black and white sticker mounted on the front and back. A fold-out insert is included featuring black and white artwork, information and lyrics. Edition of 31 hand-numbered copies.
