FD AUTOMATIC is the new group from Scott McGinn and Stephen Hancock. Many will remember Scott McGinn as FACE DANCER’s creative force, songwriter and long-time bass player. The group recorded two albums (“This World” and “About Face”) for Capitol Records before disbanding in 1983. Others will recall Scott’s time with GROWING UP DIFFERENT, a popular techno-pop group that toured the East Coast in the mid-1980s and released an EP of original songs called “A+B=C”. Today, Scott is back and better than ever! Along with vocalist Stephen Hancock, FD AUTOMATIC delivers a variety of melodic tunes that will please old fans and garner new ones – while appealing to music lovers of all persuasions!
