Indie comic label, Eibon Press, is currently releasing a line of comics set in the universe of Lucio Fulci's Zombie. Every deluxe edition of Issue #4 came bundled with, "Lucio Fulci's Zombie: The Apocalypse Issue Soundtrack". It is a 5" single pressed on blood-red vinyl, limited to 750 pressings, and it wasn't sold at retail. The comic and pack-in record were only available through mail-order from the Eibon Press website. The cover, drawn by Pat Carbajal, is a wonderful vista that spans both sides of the sleeve. Pat also supplied the label art for both sides of the disc. Stephen Romano handled all of the graphic design work for this release, meaning that he picked fonts, laid out text, resized art assets, and made sure everything looked on-brand. The lack of identifying information makes this release tricky to accurately catalog. It wasn't sold in stores, so there are no barcodes, batch numbers, or print run codes to track down this release. The only thing that differentiates copies are the individual numberings (1 of 750) in the run out groove on side two.
