Fally Ipupa Nsimba, also known as Dicap La Merveille is a congolese singer, dancer, musician, music producer, writer, singer-songwriter, choreographer, record producer, recording artist, and arranger born on December 14th, 1977, in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Ipupa began his career in small groups of Kinshasa before being discovered by Koffi Olomide. In April 2013, Fally Ipupa signed a contract for three albums with the label AZ, a subsidiary of Universal Music.
