Disturbed but well-considered, hard and vigorous, pig-headed and sexy. Put these words in a blender and the result: The Fart Farmers. After releasing their demo in 2003 and playing more than sixty shows, The Fart farmers can be considered a well-established fact. With their recent Mcd ‘Aren't we All?’ under wraps they thunder on along their chosen track. When this five headed hardcorepunk band from Veenendaal (The Netherlands) released their demo, these young lads were happily surprised by the response of both the audience as well as the media: ‘Actually it is incredible that this hardcorepunkband was founded this year, because the seven songs sound very thought through and mature.' (Onno Cro-mag, Aardschok). Two years later the debut-album 'Aren't we All?' was released, featuring a stronger emotional foundation. With this vigorous sound The Fart farmers express themselves in a striking manner: fast and eneergetic, yet well-considered. But in the meantime humour has remained an important aspect. With the recently released Fart Farmers BirthGay calendar, the striking live shows and, of course, the name The Fart farmers prove that having fun is not forbidden while playing serious, emotionally charged music. Because this music has been defined as 'striking' in the quote mentioned below, there is no better way to end.
