Blank, white label on both sides. Second side has no audio, but looks like a real record. There are track spaces. Plain, white jacket with "Fastaway" misspelled in ink pen on a small label that has, "Trick or Treat" typed on it. "O.S.T." is also in pen. This is not the O.S.T., however. It is either an early version or tied to the movie, somehow. The songs are incomplete movie versions that include clips of Ozzy Osborne, Gene Simmons, Marc Price, and Tony Fields speaking.
