Band, AT
Austrian soul-psych-funk band formed and led by clarinetist Fatty George to record the TV hippie opera 'Trip'. The band was active from 1970 to mid 1971 and contained reknown jazz musicians as well as young rockers like Karl Ratzer or Peter Wolf (3). The band regularly played session concerts in Vienna with a lot of different musicians. After the recording of 'Trip' the band disbanded, some musicians continued to work for the Austrian broadcasting organization ORF and formed the legendary ORF Big Band, others like Ratzer, Wolf and Schönherz went on and formed Gipsy Love.
