The Federalz (aka Tha Fedaralz) are an underground hip-hop group from San Diego, CA best known for their appearances in the Shorty’s skateboard videos. They were featured prominently in the Shorty's video titled "Guilty" during Peter Smolik’s part who was also managing the group at the time. The Federalz are: XIST, MOCA, NO-ALIAS, M.P., DESTRO, OSHEN, XACT and Peter Smolik
