Phil: Vocals. Paul: Guitar. Chris: Guitar. Gary: Bass. Matt: Drums. Punk/post punk band from Newport in Wales who existed c.1987 to c.1989. Members had previously been in a local band named The Bugs, who were instrumental in finding venues for other local bands to play under the guise of their 'Scum City Surfers Promotions'. It was they who approached John and Trilby Siccolo who owned the club 'El Seico's' (later known as TJ's Disco) in Newport, which provided a permanent venue for bands to play alongside local, national and international acts.
