Few More Licks (1993-1997), formed after Pim Thiemens' solo acoustic guitar projects Palette, Palette2 and Dusk to Dawn, comprised Pim Thiemens, acoustic Hopf-guitar and drumcomputer, Hans Thiemens, Chapman Stick, and Henk Spies, soprano. They made one double cd, called Colours At daybreak. All compositions Pim Thiemens, except three pieces by Henk Spies, one piece by Hans Thiemens. Their music - which also contained some pieces of the above Pim projects - is a fusion between rock and jazz. Most pieces are composed in irregular time signatures, the specific characteristic of the music of Pim and Hans Thiemens.
