Fifteen Years Old is the solo music and performance project by peruvian born Solange Jacobs. With a background in architecture, Jacobs has delved into art and music that is particularly experimental, expressive, and provocative in nature. Solange explores an all new soundscape in Abecedario, the current album's title. It is nude and direct, at moments it needn't be more than the artist accompanied by her own vocals, doubled, looped, and manipulated, creating the sounds of the voices from within. Abecedario is a title that suggests the creation of a personal alphabet where sexuality, religion, political activism and desire all tangle with each other and birth a new view on reality sprung from poetry; from voice and sound.
