Track CD-Bonus b is listed as an "unreleased Amiga track from 1.997" inside the booklet. This CD version of the Bonus b only consists in three tracks, whereas the corresponding video on the DVD also contains 4 other additional tracks.
Some tracks are followed by short spoken words samples. There are three different samples of this kind: the first one (which also contains metal music extracts) is appended at the end of tracks CD-Bonus b and DVD-1, the second one at the end of track DVD-4 and between the two first tracks in the DVD version of Bonus b (counted as part of the first track in the durations above), and the third one at the end of track DVD-6.
Except for the extended Bonus b and the spoken words samples, the audio contents of both discs is identical (the duration differences are due to additional silence at the beggining and end of the videos).
All tracks are unmixed, except DVD-Bonus b.4 and DVD-Bonus b.5 which are faded into eachother.
