Band,
In 1985 Danny Simmons and JJ Farris joined Matrixx, debuting live with Matrixx 6 months after the release of the Final Notice demo and shortly after the release of the Matrixx 4-song cassette EP. They played with both bands until late 1986, and even played the Final Notice song "Strike Back" live with Matrixx (although with alternate lyrics written by Matrixx singer Mark Francis). Before the end of 1986 however, Final Notice and Matrixx would both split up, with JJ soon joining Attaxe briefly, before moving to California and forming the Hard Rock band Slammin' Gladys. Danny Simmons went on to join Shok Paris until their split, and Duane Bibler (R.I.P.) would join Montez soon after the breakup of Final Notice. Ric Rzepka now sings lead vocals (as Ric D'Rose), playing the role of David Lee Roth in the Van Halen Tribute band Panama.
