Finnigan was a comedy duo composed of Newfoundland native Jimmy Flynn and Irishman Peter Stoney. They performed regularly on the Maritime pub and college circuit in the early 1980s. Since disbanding, Jimmy Flynn who continues to tour and entertain on his own while Peter Stoney has created and marketed a temporary fret board for violin and cello players called the "Fiddle Fretter". While the recordings show the name as "Finnigan", many media articles spell it as "Finnegan."
