Band, US
Rock
US-American death metal band, formed in 1997 by members of Fear Of God (2) after the death of its lead singer Dawn Crosby. Original line-up consisted in drummer John Grden, bassist Michael Schäfer, guitarist Bill Hayden and guitarist/keyboardist Tony Mallory (Cypher (17)) from Fear Of God (2), joined by lead singer John C. Childs. Schäfer left the band after the recordings of their album Jezabel's Dream and joined again at the end of 1998. Mallory left after their last 1998 gig and was replaced first by Russ Strahan between April and August 1999 and then by former Black Mass bassist Ted Wade. Fog was disbanded in August 2000 when John Childs decided to leave. Most original members joined again in 2003 to form the band Serpents Aria.
