Folk, Rock and World
Carin Kjellman met Ulf Gruvberg on a folkfestival in 1970. After the festival they began to play together. 1974 they released the LP "Med Rötter I Medeltiden" as the group "Carin & Ulf". When they later went to Oslo they met Jørn Jensen who had played in the folk-band "Folque". They decided to merge and create the group "Folk & Rackare". One year later, Jørns friend Trond Villa joined in. "Folk & Rackare" was most often called a Swedish band; despite having two members from Norway.
