"Lovice" features the famous poem "Die Sommerballade von der armen Lovize" assumed to be written by the French popular poet Francois Villon (1431-1463) but comparative literature meanwhile accredits the poem to the Villon's German translator Paul Zech. The text is spoken here by the actor Klaus Kinski.
