Found Objects was originally formed as a one-off project to play an hour of improvised "ambient jungle" at a rave in Kansas City, MO in 1999. The group never actually played that set, but re-grouped a year later in Chicago. Found Objects only existed for 2 years, but played a wide range of electronic music encompassing IDM, Drum & Bass, Electro, House, and Downtempo.
